With the abundant supply of delicious local tomatoes, jalapeños, peppers, onions and more from East Farms I turned to my trusty cookbook and found a great recipe for salsa. Perfect. . . Mark's favorite. Selfishly I thought if I give him something spicy, maybe I'll get some spice in return.

Success! I've made four batches in less than three weeks. Maybe I'll start a salsa business. Maybe not. . . I'll save the spice for Mark.
