So I had messages and phone calls asking for the recipe for Aunt LuAnn's delicious sugar cookies. Here you go....enjoy!
Sugar Cookies
2 cubes butter
2 cups sugar
6 eggs (this is why they are so fluffy)
5 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients together, roll out, cut and bake 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes on greased pan. Note: you don’t have to refrigerate the dough, that’s another reason this recipe is so good!
Cream Cheese Frosting (I double or 1 ½ this because I hate skimpy frosting)
1/3 cup melted butter
3 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons milk
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
¼ bar of cream cheese
