Who am I?

I cannot figure out who this boy looks like.
I see more of his father but some say they see his mother.
(Except for the whole dirty blond hair and blue eyes.)
So what’s your opinion?
Mother or Father?

    I thought I posted a comment already but I don't see it so I'll try again. The eyes are a little Andrae but more Mark. The nose and mouth are definitely Downs. And the tummy, started to take after Grandpa Kevin I have to say!! (Just kidding).
