If you don't know what the H2O Run is then you need to know.
Last year my sweet angel mom friend Tiffany put this 5K run together.
It's a way to honor her darling son Ollie Kai and help spread awareness about water safety.
Tiffany contacted me last year to participate and we encouraged all our family to participate as well.
It was a way for us to honor Miles as well as spread the word on water safety.
Two things very important to us.
It was a wonderful day last year.
There were lots of supporters, tons of prizes and it was so much fun.
This year Tiffany has reached out to just under 10 families in the Utah area that have lost loved ones to water.
We are all coming together to help bring awareness to different aspects of water safety.
This year I am in charge of a life safety station where you can come and grab our popular water safety printable (grab one here), speak to an experienced and exceptional swim instructor, and pick up a life jacket if you don't already own one or simply need a new one.
These jackets pictured are just a few that will be available.
So come on out and say hi, meet some amazing people and learn some life saving tips!
Be sure to come say hi and introduce yourself to me if you make it.
I would love to meet you!
Click here for more information and to register for all the fun!
And if you want to donate any Coast Guard Approved Life Jackets let me know or drop them by.
We would love them!
